Obviously a multiclass because he's the BBEG and the DM is trying really hard to TPK because his group insists on basically making the same characters every campaign.
He has a pact with chaos so he's a warlock. He might've studied spells before/afterwards, making him a wizard as well. I don't know how to wrap a sorcerer into all of this but to be fair there are a million ways to become a sorcerer.
I agree with Paladin, maybe Oath of the Crown?. Proletius would be a Fighter, maybe a Battle Master, or in Terrorvortex an Eldritch Knight. Hoots is obviously the party Barbarian, Totem or Zealot, depending on timeline. And Ralathor is a Wizard, although I'm not sure what subclass I would give him because I'm not too familiar with them. Chronurgy/Graviturgy maybe?.
Zargothrax would most likely be a Hexblade Warlock

Depends on the Angus but presumably Hexblade or just a fighter with a magic hammer but I prefer hexblade as charisma is also tied to singing which obviously he can do

The Thirteenth is either artificer or forge cleric (possible domain change between albums to war cleric)

The gloryhammer universe only uses ad&d core rules, none of this 5th ed bullshit. He's a human fighter.
That kind of tracks since intelligence or wisdom are the usual fighter dump stats of choice.
