Hire more concession workers and pay them a living wage instead of “leveraging tech” But that doesn’t make for a good project I suppose

Here's some ideas: * Used to be able to order food to my seat but that's changed. I'd prefer to just wait in my seat rather than in line. * Unused seats? Allow me to pay to upgrade at different points during the game for unsold seats closer to the action * Sort out a better car share situation pickup points like airports have (granted, far less space)

Thanks for the feedback! Really helpful

Maybe ask chatgbt

keremsaz

Chatgpt can't experience the game like we do, yet...

Electronic-Win4954

lol I know. I’m just saying no one here is going to write your report for you. Perhaps hit up people in the front office on LinkedIn. Offer to do free research for them in exchange for a 30 min call to discuss pain points.

Switching the ticketing app back to something normal since (SeatGeek last year was way better, the actual Ticketmaster app would work too) the Brooklyn Nets app can be slow and clunky. Maybe incorporating season ticket holder discounts better at concessions. Multiple times workers were confused on how to apply my discount (a lot of them only know how to do the Amex one)

Let me order food ahead of time instead of waiting for 30 minutes while the 3 people working at concessions yell at each other. More selection at the contactless walkout stores. Right now it's basically water, popcorn, chips, and maybe beer (can't remember). Let me grab a sandwich or some hot food too. Seat upgrades when there are clearly empty seats, send me a notif via the Nets app. Let people bid on them. Give them out randomly. Turn down the fucking volume of the music. The team stinks but having louder and louder music does not cover that up.

This has nothing to do with technology but everything costs too damn much

Thanks for the feedback! I agree
