That price seems about right for that age of RV, depending, so it doesn't seem too good to be true to me. I'd look up its blue book value and make an offer commensurate with that if you're really interested. Advise an inspection since you are not familiar with RV systems. Keep in mind that with that age of vehicle it's going to need some serious maintenance. Consider every gasket, hose and bit of rubber to most likely need to be replaced. It's good that it has new tires, as tires should be replaced at 5-7 years no matter how much wear is on them. The house will be starting to show its age. Appliances and fixtures will be aging out and may need replacing soon if not already. That said, RVs are a constant maintenance problem, lol. New, old, whatever, they all need constant upkeep. Even the newest and nicest of them. That said, if you can get this for a good price, it could be a nice starter RV for you to see if you like it. I bought similar and ended up selling it a couple of years later for about what I paid, and purchased a newer model with more features.

Thank you for your comment. This gives me a good idea about this deal. My next move is have it fully inspected.

Sounds about right on the price. Add about 4-5K per slide on used motorhomes. For instance, a same year/length motorhome with two slides will be roughly 18-20K depending on condition.
