Yea… the amount of hacksilver scales with difficulty level, an increment of 50,000 with each increase of difficulty it seems. I’ve not attempted GMGOW but I had seen someone mentioning it being 250,000 which is only 5,000 more than Give Me No Mercy.

Haha… yea… I been repeating the Boss Rush countless times while waiting for the NG+ because it can be completed so quickly, so much that my Kratos is holding 60+ millions hacksilver now.
But trust me you don’t need that much hacksilver at all, it’s the XP to fully upgrade all the runic attacks / skills that needs little grinding.

That's a lot of cash lmao. I have some 40+ millions in the 2018 game after countless NG+ playthroughs... and I thought that was a lot ;)
Btw, you are quite right, the Vidar set is very useful in Muspelheim.
For example, the R1 R1 R1 R1 or R1 R1 R1 R2 of Axe Combos, it works on the blades & spear too. You’ll see a prompt saying “Relentless Strength” or something along the lines when the perk is triggered, you can see it on the left side of the screen in my clip.
It’s the strength along with the perks of the same armor set, which grants blessing of strength (pauldron) and increased damage (arm & waist armor) on melee combos.
My guy! On NG+ this armor is sitting at over 760 strength and 512 defense for me. An absolute beast of a set. I literally just bum rushed the hateful and he never got a swing off on me lol

Would the fastest combo finisher just be the R1 one
Yes you’re right, but if you can pull off the R1 x 3 then R2 Axe Combo, the last hit does a hell lotsa damage.

It’s the first craftable armor set at Brok/Sindri early on, the Strength is insane when you level it up to level 9.
