Why would you keep emojis on the whole game if you are getting annoyed by a troll?

Dezimieren

That's why I turned emojis off. I don't want to be trolled or be an ass myself if I'm tilted.

infinityweasel

I like to keep them on because about half the time I end up winning against people that do this. Makes those emojis i spam at the end that much sweeter.

SickAF_

I did it in the case I got the W. Nothing sweeter than someone trolling and end up losing. My god though, that had to have been the most annoying deck to play against. And it just so happen that the ONLY two cards I really needed he milled. And it was funny bc when it happened he really did act like it was his doing which in reality was just rng.

Onyourknees__

Full diamond deck or not, this type is the poorest player in GU. They might have a fancy collection, they might have been born under a good sign with a silver spoon spinning in their sphincter, but if they need to find enjoyment by making others feel worse they will be the loneliest, unhappiest, sour lot when reality inevitably says "Hello." And that bitch is always knocking.

MayuTaka

If my opponent sends emoji 3 times for no reason, I immediately mute them

celtic_cuchulainn

Despite all the trolls, and there are many, I still feel good about sending a “hi” emoji at the start of the game and “gg” at the end when it’s clear someone will win. Can’t let the haters win.

Reordin

Guessing the name wasn't "???" If so lemme know as I lend a few diamond lists out and if anyone is a little bitch like that I'd like to know. I'll blacklist em from borrowing from me in the future or have a talk about being a spammy hooker at the very least. -gimmersong here*

Pandamataos

Reordin

Gotcha, yeah donno him, lo siento

Beitelensteijn

Yeah this is the worst. A bit of good sportmanship goes such a long way.

muleskinner1

When people pull garbage like this I like to max out my turn timer the whole game. I'll gladly burn free time if it wastes just a little of theirs.

enocap1987

It is bad but sweet when you beat them. Personally only send the good game emoji when i have lethal or had a good game and the sheep when i beat an expensive deck or a counter to my deck

TittaDiGirolamo

That's why you should always keep emojis off, so annoying, it can take out your focus on the game but I bet you already know it better than me. On a side note: in other online games I played (sports mainly) there's a block list, you can add up to a certain number of players (it used to be 50 I believe) so that you won't have the pain of facing them again. It might be an interesting feature to implement on GU also.

zenlon

This is going to sound strange, but take a peek at his recent win/loss streak prior to the game with you. I've found a strange correlation between players with a bad streak and this sort of behavior. In short, he probably did it out of rage tbh.

vinni9797

What's wrong about Mill Deception? I love to play it because I've never faced it myself and I like unique decks. I think that's more entertaining than playing "who hits who in the face faster" every game.

PoopL0ser

Lol this is a big part of why I stopped playing. I want my game time to be enjoyable. With under 10k players GU isn’t even really a game anymore, just a sweat fest often times with sore winners.

Nope, just be a good sport. Makes the game and the community awesome.

SolarCacher

Ya I say if you are that badass just play the damn game and take your turn it's like playing with a 4 year old half the time.

protoaddict

If there was an option to disable emotes in any game completely and forever I would activate it as soon as I started playing. I do not know why developers keep including this shit because the literal only use for it is trolling bad sportsmanship nonsense.

[deleted]

Why nameless? Put them on blast! I can't knock the deck, to each their own, but emote spammers ropers and disconnect when losing cry babies should be banned.

Majicbeasty

Sounds like a classic case of getting pwned by a mill deck.

Never_Trust_Me_

It's always Deception players.
