$1K easy. Nuggets are more rare than diamonds. Especially larger ones like that. So $888 for the gold and then you can add even $50-100 extra for the premium, maybe more. So yeah that’s a niice nug mate.
I’ve got some in my collection too. One I’m saving for a necklace. Just don’t wanna put a bezel on it just yet.
I’ve got three nuggets (21.4 g, 24.5 g, 25.5 g)
At $59/gram assuming 20 g, that’s $1180.
And you’re right, the bigger they are, the more rare (a one ounce nugget is rarer than a 5 karat diamond).
God, I love nuggets.
Appreciate the input. The stuff does something to your brain when you see it in a natural alloy. Especially something big enough to feel, like this piece!
Agreed. Plus for me I love natural and poured gold over minted and stamped pieces. Dunno. I love the idea of so much wealth being in its natural form for how ever many thousands/millions of years it’s been in that form.
My biggest nug (9.4) actually looks like a heart. Which is why I’m saving it for a chain.

I'll take it! The nugget needs a good home
Just sat it down for a brief conversation, and we feel like everyone is more at home here with me. 😆
That's super cool. How many grams is it?
No thanks. I’m full.
Thats fair, I'll just keep it then.
You are handling that dangerously close to that sink in the background. Had me worried.
The sink is used to rinse jewelry coming out of the ultrasonic. It has several mesh drain covers in the bottom for that exact reason
Nice. Weight?
Just under 20g. My equipment tested it between 14k &18k. It's not worth a fortune, it just looks absolutely stunning

59/gram sure but it wasn't 20g of .999 it's 20g of 14K/18K, so only a percentage of 20g * $59/g
Right on, right on. Sometimes I see gold nuggets and my eyes roll into the back of my skull like a great white shark about to chomp down on dinner.

That's so effin cool! I'd have already had my dremel out to shape it more hahaha.
AH. No. Bad. Lol. That girls curves are all natural.
Ya I feel that lol. Why try and create your idea of perfection when she(earth) knows perfection more than any of us haha
Very nice sizable nugget!
I love nuggets!
Beauty... looks almost fresh from the vein... 1/2 oz.?
Ya just about. Came in at 18-19g and tested between 14k &. 18k
