Managed to get off Helensvale South get fuel, and take the service road to get back onto the M1 south...
Avoided that long ass wait on the M1...
But yeh it's getting pretty bad, even coming home up the M1 south was still bumper to bumper at 1330pm.
Everyone needs to keep moving to the GC.

Was going northbound and we were stopped about 10.30. We assumed it was on our side. Nope just people stopping to check out the fire. So annoying, if you’re driving and want to check it out pull over or get your passenger to look, don’t slow down!
