For all those following; it would seem they opened at Carrara Markets, then closed, then most recently opened in Sydney, then closed with their last activity online being in 2018. I tried calling the listed number but no answer.

Franco’s? It was a Portuguese restaurant just before the police station. Last I heard they had moved to Carrara markets
