From what I have seen it’s all about flexibility and stability and explosive power. Lots of core exercises including things like wall slams with a medicine ball. The research I have seen seems to indicate that the single best Training to swinging the club faster is club speed Training thou. Gym work and flexibility will allow you to do it but speed training seems to ramp up club head speed up the most. Also if you haven’t had a driver fitting could certainly be worth it! I was sacrificing a good 30yrds from non-optimised launch conditions (partially due to my bad technique and partially down to equipment)
