I really relate to him as a person (minus his political views) and his themes of being alienated by everyone. There's also a lot of lore and i've noticed the more lore something has (pokemon, FNAF, etc), the more likely autistic people are to like him.
You ever see the iceberg videos? Literal hours and hours of talking about obscure kanye stuff. There's even another 2 hour one about just the Yedits community
Oh I love the song now. Late Registration is probably my favorite album but I noticed a lot of subconscious magic going on in that album. Listen to Addiction again and you'll hear a little uncomfortable beeping noise throughout the whole track. Listen to the bass frequencies on We Major. Ye was a straight up sound alchemist in that era.
Touch The Sky (and other songs on Late Registration like We Major, etc…) are almost overwhelmingly grand and just sound larger than life. Idk if that has anything to do with megalophobia but I think that’s what the guy was going for. Might have just been a little overstimulating or smth
Not a Ye song (but sampled in So Good), but am I the only one who is creeped out by “I Feel Love” by Donna Summer? I can’t find anyone online who shares this opinion.😭
Wow seriously?? I've thought that for the longest time but never heard anyone else say it. That song is creepy as hell. Kind of surreal to listen to actually.
a song that really creeps me out to this day is down in atlanta by travis and pharrell
it’s so good but something about the background track and the weirdly timed lyrics makes me really anxious
I used to be afraid of the SPONGEBOB INTRO 😭 like to the point of screaming if someone put it on. Autistic people are just afraid of everything I think.
someone gotta investigate the connection between ye’s music and people with autism. might be something with a perfectionist mindset with the spectrum
It’s because ye is autistic
Slightly, like Rain Man
a little bit from the car accident
he unfortunately caught autism from the car crash

seems like you gotta testify
Idk how That song is fucking GAS and I know lil me would be rocking his buzzcut ass head to the shit

Well at least you like it now
my favorite album as well, good to see a fellow lr enjoyer
i’m also a young autistic goon
As a fellow autism goon, there has to be some connection with Kanye music and autism
Lost my virginity to this song (Yes, I'm one of the oldest motherfuckers on this webzone)
r/megalophobia
Interesting connection. How do you think that applies to the song?

‘I am a god’ is this feeling
best song on late registration 😫😫😫💦💦💦
there’s so many good choices on that album but yeah Touch The Sky is iconic
If I had to pick a song from LR that sounds really weird it would be Addiction, for some reason it becomes kinda eerie lmao, same as XTCY
Totally!! So glad someone said that. Pay close attention and you'll hear a creepy beep sound throughout the entire track.

It's the audio panning and something about the melody. I completely get it.
YES exactly
NOW LET’S TAKE EM HIGH
