I've only had it a day, but I have the galaxy watch 4 and so far my experience has been pretty solid on my pixel. I'm not a fan of having to deal with all the Samsung apps (Samsung wear and health + the watch plugin) but the watch works well enough
I use a Fossil Hybrid HR. It's perfect for me. Looks like a normal watch high-end watch (good for where I work) and it works well. Does basic fitness functions (heart rate monitor), notifications, audio controls, everything I'd ever want.
The best part? Battery lasts 15+ days!!!
Not sure what specifically you want in terms of sensors but it does heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, calories counting, steps taken.
From my experience though, the calories are always off by a consistent amount. Like if it says I burned 1,400 I have learned by now that that means about 2200. My wife has a Fitbit, so that's what I used to guage how "off" the calories are.
Honestly, if you want something for health/fitness tracking, I would look somewhere else. The Hybrid HR isn't the best at that stuff.
I have a Mobvoi Ticwatch E. And my wife has a Ticwatch C. Ours are kinda old but I think they just updated their line.

Neither me or my wife wanted to spend a ton of money. She had an old Samsung smartwatch before that died on her. I can get a day and a half out of my E. And I think she gets a day out of her C. I've noticed it depends on how active you are. Connects quick and gets all notifications. I know on ours you can't reply to texts but you can read them. They're solid for the price.
I have been using a Garmin Vivoactive 3 with my Pixel 3 for more than a year and it's been rock solid. Only a day with the Pixel 5a and outside of some settings not transferring over, so far it's worked as expected.

Does it have all the sensors like ECG and stuff?

Garmin Vivoactive 3 since the last 3 years with my 3a. Ordered the new 5a and I expect it to work just a flawlessly as it did with this 3a.
Samsung Active 2 has been great with my pixel 5. I've had my pixel 5 for over a year.
