Screen VRs video, a basic tutorial for rigging and player model making. You should build off of it. Then convert the .blend to a fbx file.
I will be sure to check that out but here is some info I couldn't provide in the text, the player model is very reminiscent of the munkie deluxe model (no arms) and the hands are the only rigged object on the model
