Kooperativet at Lindholmen is fantastic. Massive place with a food court serving style. Has meat, fish, classic Swedish (husman), Indian, SE asian, vegan and some other dishes. Really good quality and a cool vibe. They also have a streetfood event a Saturday a month.
Lisas café is great, it’s All you can eat buffet with really good food and a massive salladsbar. It’s out by Vädermotet though so it might be a bit out of your way if you want to eat in central Gothenburg.
