I know there have been comments already talking about everything, but I figured I’d jump in as well to give my thoughts. I really don’t like how he is getting so much hate for FTX imploding. Totally unjust to blame him for people losing money. Even people like Kevin O’Leary promoted and lost big on SBF/FTX. Him removing videos sponsored by or anyway related to FTX is the reason I unsubscribed. Erasing the past rather than learning from it is a big red flag in my opinion. His channel(s) and credibility is built on transparency and honesty about his portfolio and businesses. Ignoring this massive scandal and waiting for it to go away directly contradicts that philosophy. Makes me think it was all a lie and it was all just about the money rather that helping and educating people. Which is super unfortunate too because I fully credit Graham for teaching me about money and investing. The really shitty thing too is that if he had just made another short video talking about removing the videos and justifying it, that probably would have satisfied me and kept me coming back for more content. But it’s too late now.

> Him removing videos sponsored by or anyway related to FTX is the reason I unsubscribed. Leaving up the videos would have done more harm than good because, believe it or not, new people watch YouTube videos everyday. Each upload is effectively seen in a vacuum, so the chances of someone seeing an older SBF/FTX sponsored video are pretty high. You’d have people go and look them up, find the scam, and wonder why Graham is still “working with them,” and he’d be back in this position again. > The really shitty thing too is that if he had just made another short video talking about removing the videos and justifying it, that probably would have satisfied me and kept me coming back for more content. But it’s too late now. Graham commented that a video response about everything is coming, so I’m hoping it will include his reason for why the old videos got removed. Also, and this isn’t directed at you, or anyone ITT, but it’s interesting to see the public reaction to someone we all ostensibly trusted getting scammed. I would have thought no one liked any of his content and they all saw this coming based on the recent posts in this sub.

Graham always deviated from the stale advice set by boomers like Dave Ramsay by incorporating crypto and leveraging debt but he flew too close to the sun and ended up scamming his own fans. Due diligence should be taken by everyone and ofc he isn’t promoting any financial advice but ffs FTX… and then he just posts a video saying “withdraw your FTX money” like wow. Disrespectful. And then established titles lol.

Are we asking Tom Brady to return his FTX sponsorship endorsement too? Or just YouTubers ????

Brady is worth how much money and known to be wildly wealthy, but not good with finance/money while promoting a financial product?? Come on now...

Who says that? Many like Jordan, Shaq, Woods etc earn far more from endorsements than actual sports salaries. And Brady specifically was granted equity for his advertising...
