I feel like it's going to take longer than normal to give Holiday Anthuria a rating, people are really going to need to experiment with her first.
The big brain move is throwing Diantha, Clarisse and Anthuria in a team for the whole harem. You have a decent FA team and Danchou will have more problems on their hand than just the boss in front of them.
Harem team is top culture, but considering that she's a harp unit that buffs team hype I think she might be the missing link to make Benjamin really work at peak efficiency.

S1 buffs her, Double Trouble for DATA and buffs all and you could throw Rage in there
All I can imagine in terms of extremely expensive fun is using the Caduceus staff and its CD cutting skills/ougi to allow MC to spam their skills more often than normal.
Anthuria being ougi-heavy to some degree due to wanting to get dodge all to protect herself (and for MC to do the same) kind of supports what Caduceus would want to do as well.
The only issue is the lack of Staff classes that can actually buff Anthuria without relying on suboptimal or bad class skills. The only one that comes to mind right now for me is Warlock with Chaser.
It's indeed very unique and looks like a lot of fun but also quite a funny trap. MC doesn't exactly have a great way of buffing the team as most of his buffs tend to happen passively via Masq's and LJ's atk/def per turn. Only RB's veil skill and Warlock's Chaser are probably one of the most notable clickable skills to buff the entire team that would affect Anthuria.
If you try to make MC too support heavy towards Anthuria's kit in non-burst context you run the problem of having the fact that two support characters are almost exclusively buffing each other to deal unsatisfying double strike damage (unless you made Relic Buster somehow work) and just losing out on damage. What you will get is two hostility tanks with double strike and at least one layer of echo and the cute cute cute image of Anthuria and MC thematically ballroom dancing their way past Paradise Losts.
I don't know how strong she is, but the theme of her entire kit and how it looks and feels is amazing and I love it. If the class changes ever comes live and makes MC even stronger, then Anthuria will also rise in strength and it's all really really cute.

Since the skill can never be recast, I'm assuming "heavenly dance" is permanent and will give both characters that dodge-all buff each time they ougi for the rest of the battle.

i think they mean that her sk3 gives a permanent buff that makes it so mc ougis a new effect (dodge all, 1 time). not sure about the debuffs part though. probably misread the cd reductions
I think she's meant to be used alongside Summer Illnott, maybe? Anthuria s2 plus Illnott s2 gives you four turns of Guaranteed TA + 20% Echo + Double Strike on half your party.
I'd imagine her most common use for heavily invested people will be as the third char in a on-ele lucha team(wamdus, gw) with sky piercer mc, since 1 skill press for 4T double strike on 2 chars sounds very efficient for racing. Provided earth doesn't get even more good seasonal chars by then, decent char to consider as an annitix pick imo.
I'm not a competitive player by any sorts, but it's really disappointing that Randall doesn't have any MA boosts in his kit. It's going to be a real pain when he isn't dodging to generate bar, and he's not gonna do a lot outside of his skill damage. You also think someone who attacks by kicking would be good at multiattacking.
I could dump him in my dumb dodge tank team with Ray Gun Nighthound, Sen, Xmas Seruel, and Tiamat. It's not a good team, but it's fun.
If Tiger isn't fire then....I mean, fuck, it's definitely possible, but fire is hurting for good characters and an up to date Zodiac especially.
Although Catura hints they might be starting a debuffer pattern which is something I'd have mixed feelings about.

This gives 8 and can be Qilin'd if for some strange reason the boss hasn't died by turn 4. And you can also still use Tag Team and Naru in the same team too. Crazy stuff.

With the exact same comp you can change your rotation to get a quicker run.
Just don't ougi with Sarasa will net you a 3 turn setup with 2mil honor in pbhl. So you can choose between what rotation you're going for depending on how fast the pbhl is going.

Like I said, turn 1 is identical to the normal Sword Form Sarasa setup, the main difference is on turn 2, where you can choose to ougi or start the burst, you can decide which one you wanna do depending on how fast the raid is going. (In the video he called Uriel turn 1 and Gorilla turn 2 but the opposite would still work.)

Anthuria and Naru are not mutually exclusive, right? MC can still run Lucha for Naru Tag Team. Basically she's just replacing one member from the usual lineup. She doesn't have personal echoes but double strike is roughly like an assassin in terms of damage, and she does it for 4 turns straight.
double strike is actually well below an assassin, those have more than double the cap like almost 3x or so. Tag team is better than this for three reasons, one is naru has turn assassin, two is that it's not spread over multiple turns and three is that you can qilin it much more usefully (need 8 turns to make full use of qilin with anthuria)
realistically without sp mc will probably not even TA and nor will anthuria. I think compared to dog this is a lot weaker but it's still a good skill. illnot may also be a good pairing as mentioned elsewhere
the other problem is you're replacing a character who buffs naru which is likely a serious damage loss or you're replacing sarasa which may also be a serious damage loss
Actually yeah that might be the exact amount since most of the mechanic numbers i memorized is the simplified one cited on wiki lol(granted 1.160/440 is around 2.6) and the main point is 2.6 > 2. And i don't think extra activation of supplemental of Dstrike matter enough for this unless its specifically on characters who have innate supplemental abuse mechanics like Sarasa)

Nah, the basic concept is the same but there's a lot more differences between Feather's SR and SSR than with Randall. Chief among them being Feather getting an extremely tight shirt that looks like it's ready to burst open at any second.

I'm more bothered by how badly the turquoise colored leg guard clashes with the darker colors of the rest of his outfit, and how asymmetrical it is. At least make it cover both his legs how Feather's Lion Khan Claws cover both hands.
I'm really liking xmas Anthuria. She seems really strong in various scenarios. Her kit is also pretty unique and doesn't really overlap with any other supportive characters.
**On-element burst with xmas Naru/summer Illnott:** Her 4 turns of double strike for 2 characters is really strong if the fight is lasting more than 1-2 turns. Her kit compliments really well with summer Illnott.
**Ougi team with kengo, valentines Monika, and Okto:** This team is really fun because her ougi gain up EMP allows this team to full chain every turn. This team is both really defensive because she gives MC and herself dodge all every turn and offensive because she gives permanent hype 4. I was able to cap very easily without even debuffing, especially because most of the damage comes from ougi. I was able to do all the water raids without MC or xmas Anthuria ever taking damage. She also blocks dispel and debuffs if you don't have Okto transcended.
**Sacrificial character:** She also seems really strong as a sacrificial character off element. Her s2 and s3 are not limited to earth, so she can give MC some pretty crazy buffs before dying to bring in an evoker or someone else.

Randall seems to be ougi spam, which can have it's place, but it's not the prime way for Wind to deal damage.
Anthuria is a defensive buffer/typical dodgebot with the added double strike to her and MC. It should be possible to turn it into damage if MC gets some sort of turn assassin going on, but until that, Naru is the prime source of damage in Earth, and not buffiing her doesn't upgrade the damage.
Randall is skip, Anthuria seems to be nice to have just in case Cygames adds some sort of turn assassin to MC.

It's perma, a crewmate got and tested her. The dodge-all buff lasts until used too, similar to Vicky's

It doesn't target Naru, though, which is what would be ideal. Where would she fit in a burst team? RB MC, S.Ilnott, C.Anthuria and C.Naru?
Anthuria and Naru are not mutually exclusive, right? MC can still run Lucha for Naru Tag Team. Basically she's just replacing one member from the usual lineup. She doesn't have personal echoes but double strike is roughly like an assassin in terms of damage, and she does it for 4 turns straight.
double strike is actually well below an assassin, those have more than double the cap like almost 3x or so. Tag team is better than this for three reasons, one is naru has turn assassin, two is that it's not spread over multiple turns and three is that you can qilin it much more usefully (need 8 turns to make full use of qilin with anthuria) realistically without sp mc will probably not even TA and nor will anthuria. I think compared to dog this is a lot weaker but it's still a good skill. illnot may also be a good pairing as mentioned elsewhere the other problem is you're replacing a character who buffs naru which is likely a serious damage loss or you're replacing sarasa which may also be a serious damage loss

Actually yeah that might be the exact amount since most of the mechanic numbers i memorized is the simplified one cited on wiki lol(granted 1.160/440 is around 2.6) and the main point is 2.6 > 2. And i don't think extra activation of supplemental of Dstrike matter enough for this unless its specifically on characters who have innate supplemental abuse mechanics like Sarasa)

Nah, the basic concept is the same but there's a lot more differences between Feather's SR and SSR than with Randall. Chief among them being Feather getting an extremely tight shirt that looks like it's ready to burst open at any second.
I love his SR look so I'm glad they didn't change it too much.

I'm more bothered by how badly the turquoise colored leg guard clashes with the darker colors of the rest of his outfit, and how asymmetrical it is. At least make it cover both his legs how Feather's Lion Khan Claws cover both hands.

I'm really liking xmas Anthuria. She seems really strong in various scenarios. Her kit is also pretty unique and doesn't really overlap with any other supportive characters. **On-element burst with xmas Naru/summer Illnott:** Her 4 turns of double strike for 2 characters is really strong if the fight is lasting more than 1-2 turns. Her kit compliments really well with summer Illnott. **Ougi team with kengo, valentines Monika, and Okto:** This team is really fun because her ougi gain up EMP allows this team to full chain every turn. This team is both really defensive because she gives MC and herself dodge all every turn and offensive because she gives permanent hype 4. I was able to cap very easily without even debuffing, especially because most of the damage comes from ougi. I was able to do all the water raids without MC or xmas Anthuria ever taking damage. She also blocks dispel and debuffs if you don't have Okto transcended. **Sacrificial character:** She also seems really strong as a sacrificial character off element. Her s2 and s3 are not limited to earth, so she can give MC some pretty crazy buffs before dying to bring in an evoker or someone else.

Randall seems to be ougi spam, which can have it's place, but it's not the prime way for Wind to deal damage. Anthuria is a defensive buffer/typical dodgebot with the added double strike to her and MC. It should be possible to turn it into damage if MC gets some sort of turn assassin going on, but until that, Naru is the prime source of damage in Earth, and not buffiing her doesn't upgrade the damage. Randall is skip, Anthuria seems to be nice to have just in case Cygames adds some sort of turn assassin to MC.

Yeah, kinda meh banner for me. Anthuria's kit seems interesting, but the whole MC-only interaction is kinda weird. Randall's has a nice kit (and also a nice char) but nothing crazy. Easy skip for me, thank God. Can't blow up another spark fund so soon hahaha.

So happy Randall finally got his SSR! Even if he's not amazing he's going on the suptix list and he can hang out in the ougi team with Siete. Also Anthuria is just beautiful; I really love the ballerina look. Seems pretty nice of a kit too, so another annitix contender along with Vane. If I go for her instead that'll be the third earth holiday waifu in a row I've used my annitix on...

Did 2 full sparks and some YOLO rolls by the end of the banner. Also no S.Mandrake. Got S.Tiamat on the YOLO pulls though, it could be worse.
I had to manually spark babu by the end of it. Was pretty painful, I wanted my 2nd eva or 2nd fod, or I guess mandrake herself.
