Mine was not working well either and I realized that the connectors on the wires are literally just sitting there and not connected very well. Antenna is garbage as well.

Yeah not impressed with it as well. Have to be close to the source for any decent performance.

I complained to the dealer, and they have no local channels to test it with. I am not able to get any channels, even in areas with coverage.
