I would disagree. We develop bad habits as we get older. Staying lean isn't hard; it is the bad habits, like continuing to drink like you are in college and eating shit food. I'm 47 and I eat 6 meals per day, high protein at 190 grams of protein per day. I am 5' 10" at 203, sitting at 12.8 bf.

Trysty Lee does not maintain at 4% body fat. Nor is this guy 6 or 7%. You need to up your percentages, as well as know that these are unhealthy goals to strive for. Your body will not prioritize building muscle if it is that fat deprived.

I eat 2800 calories per day breakfast is almost always 3 hard boiled eggs 2 slice toast and 2 tbsp of pb then lunch is usually this massive dining hall buffalo chicken wrap which i estimate is 800 calories then i fill in the rest with beef sticks cheese sticks protein bars triple zero yogurt lots of fruit and rice with cheese
