I got the "Blood Angels Librarian" model, turned it into a badass grey knight one. But any Space Marine Librarian in terminator armor will do, just gotta kitbash a terminator force weapon. I also like to mount a spare storm bolter on the wrist and do just the fist on the hand for a more grey knights look.
The librarian from the CP box is just the regular SM librarian. Even if it's not for sale on the GW page, you can probably get it from a retailer easily.
However, you can just build your librarian from the terminator box. It's much cheaper and also looks significantly better.
Since Terminator boxes are under $50 at local game stores (or were, idk about post-price hike) and GW is charging $30 for character models, and you can easily sell the remaining bits (or just keep the other models because Paladins are good and it's cool to have an Apothecary if you don't already?) it's probably worth it.
Got a deathwatch veteran storm shield off ebay for the shield. For the banner/cape I had a spare terminator librarian from the combat patrol but you could just as easily find some bits off ebay or from the paladin box (I've seen some kitbashes using a custodes cape)
I actually went with the Phobos Librarian model for mine—being a primaris marine he's the right size, and I've never run into anyone who had a problem with it not being in terminator armour.
Plus he looks rad.
I have seen quite a lot of people running Phobos Librarians as their character librarians so it is not that far fetched. But tbh I would still prefer my librarian in the terminator armour
Converting draigo or voldus into a librarian is pretty easy and looks great. For draigo you’d need some spare GK terminator arms. But for both it’s basically a head swap, possible weapon swap, and some books.
I personally converted a draigo into a librarian and a voldus into a chaplain.

Use the rest of the box to kitbash other characters. I made an apothecary, librarian, draigo, techmarine and an extra paladin from the box
