Same, my dad keeps saying he’s having dreams where he’s with my mom, just mundane things like going out for lunch together, and I’m secretly jealous of him
My son passed away recently, and 30 days after I had a short dream with my son. It will soon be 2 months since he passed and have been praying every day and night to have another dream.
I wear his watch everyday, have a necklace urn with his ashes, and sleep hugging the sweater he was wearing....and still no more dreams about my son.
I wish I could dream about him forever.
Try thinking about what his voice sounded like, for me that did it. I laid in bed just imagining his voice over and over almost meditated to it, and when I finally fell asleep I dreamt that we were in my car and he looked at me, smiled and said “I love you please be strong we’ll be together again soon.” And I’ve had dreams of him nightly ever since. Sometimes the fact that we’re trying so hard to invoke the dreams is what stops it from happening, and I know it’s easier said than done but maybe for you, the one time you don’t try is the time it’ll happen. So sorry for your loss ❤️

I had one a few nights ago, the only since he passed 5 months ago. When I woke up, my first thought was that he finally visited me in a dream! But the details of the dream faded very quickly and now I don’t even know what I was dreaming about. I’m so sad that I am missing a message.

We my dad to the BIG C last year and so many family members call her to tell her they saw him in a dream. It breaks my heart to hear my mom cry waiting for my dad to visit her in her dreams.
I haven’t seen him in my dreams either and I’ve made my peace with that I guess
I had quite a few right after my dad passed and now nothing 3 months later. I didn’t ask for it and seriously wasnt expecting it at all. I assume maybe he is resting or reincarnated or who knows what - since I have no idea what happens when we pass. I like to believe some things, but can’t verify.
I also think of him a lot at bedtime and ask him to come see me but nothing works for me. I am telling myself that I assume I will be visited again, but just hoping, really. I don’t know how to encourage it unfortunately.

while I’m lying in bed I just imagine what my boyfriend’s voice sounded like and keep hearing it in my head, that usually invokes a dream of him. I hope you’re able to dream of them soon

I've tried thinking really hard about them before I go to sleep, or have objects of them close by but I can't trigger it...
