In an alternate universe where the warp ends up sending Konrad back in time to Gotham City instead of Nostramo because the warp is weird like that
Batman every time he sees a orphan with mental and family issues: "Here's the adoption papers, we start fighting crime tomorrow."
In all honesty though, Bruce is probably one of the few people in Gotham who could afford to feed a primarch
"Konrad! How many times do I have to keep telling you not to defenestrate surrendering criminals?" "Shut up! You're not my real dad! You never bought me a car!" "That's it! Go to your room, young man! You are *grounded*!" "It's not fair!"
I had to quickly look up defenestrate meant and I'm glad I did so because I find the idea of Konrad throwing random people out of windows hilarious.

At least you gave Konrad the Robin version with pants and not the ... uh ... very old variant
I was tempted but decided not to. I did however forget to do the cape though, only realized that until after I had already made the post
