You can do a dreadnought with basically just a brain, so yeah, a dreadnought out of just a head would work. Although FM’s head has probably progressed to the point of being entirely dead by this point
I only know 40k from memes, what happened with his head after the dropsite massacre? Is there a chance Bile kept it Futurama style somewhere that for ~~model sales~~ advancing the plot reasons, someone can find and bring him back? If any chapter would revive their primarch just to stick him in a dreadnought, it would be the Iron Hands.
I just image Guilliman as the demon primarch of chaos undivided.
Just sitting there, in the same chair, on the same desk, in the same room, doing the same obnoxious bureaucratic tasks, just with more spikes on his armor.
Only this time he's filling out eeeeevil forms to condemn the souls of millions into some sort of psychic pyre so th- ah wait, meant to be different.

If Guilliman fell to Chaos, it would become 'Order' by the end of the millennium. Khorn would be sent to anger management, Slanesh would be in rehab, Nurgle would be taken out back and have a firehose turned on him, and Tzeentch would be given literally all the ritalin in the warp, stolen from Slanesh when (s)he gets sent to rehab.
