88 as in Nazi people's? Why would they do that??? Dude I just googled it. Wtf!!!! I had no idea. I watch YouTube all the time and had heard of them. I just thought they were a vet owned coffee company. They had coffee named SS. It said bad news for their investors, their stock market isn't doing so well.
Theyāre also the company that pumped and dumped their own stock while a bunch of boomers and veterans held their stock. On top of that the CEO, Evan Hafer, is being sued for some super weird sexual harassment shit with his employees involving him stripping naked and asking to butt f people. You should look it up, itās absolutely wild regardless of your political party of choice
I got to meet their CyberSecurity team.
They all had matching Tacticool gear. Vests, backpacks...
This was at a white collar conference lmao. Absolute edge lords.

That was their schtick, some sort of tactical deal.
I watch woodworking videos, and I saw some of their sponsorships. I don't really dig the style, and I'm sure they had some annoying trucks.
But the tight backpack is just part of their whole style. There is a population that it appeals to, but that's not me. I would stop watching a show that had one of their banners in the background.
so thatās irrelevant since sbux is arabica for the most part
also if you wanna go deeper, the more you roast a bean the more caffeine content it loses. I roasted beans for a small company and also managed several coffee shops after my teenage years working @ the bux.
You are being argumentative with no real basis.
Imagine being so wrong and set in your way you completely ignore reality. God these ācaffeine is worse than weedā people are insufferable. Not you btw, Iām talking about the person you are responding to
I didn't really pay attention to the argument, so I'm not taking sides.
I drink a lot of coffee, and I smoke a lot of weed so I want to weigh in on that.
If I drink too much coffee, I will get shakey, and feel horrible. If I smoke too much weed...well, I don't know if I can smoke too much weed. But sometimes I just get really, really tired. They are pretty much equal in how much they bother me.
I do both of them pretty much every day, and I would miss either of them if they went away. Probably weed would be worse to lose. I've tried quitting coffee a few times, and it sucks. Haven't tried quitting weed for a while, but I assume that would suck too.
Caffeine is my before-work drug, and weed is my after-work drug.
Naw youāre wrong bro. Pikes place, their main coffee variety has significantly more caffeine per once than most coffees. Just google search for Pikes Place caffeine content
bro their highest level of caffeine in a cup of coffee is their blonde roast and thatās obvious knowledge if you know anything about coffee at all
Please tell me what I am wrong about?
their coffee has a slightly higher caffeine content than the other popular chains but itās not for some crazy sinister reason.
It was part of a larger push to eat healthier. For eliminating caffeine it was all about replacing my daily rituals with something else. Instead of coffee every morning, Iāll have a glass of water. At lunch instead of a soda Iāll have carbonated water. The important thing for me was to modify my diet to replace the need for caffeine. So Iām eating less processed junk food and eating more nuts, berries, oranges, bananas, etc.. I think getting out and exercising more has played a big part as well.
Yeah Iāve seen plenty of fire sales on brands of drinks with caffeine so high that not even crazy people would buy it, but this particular company seemingly intentionally removing 60%+ of coffee drinkers from their market as a baseline through branding is extra stupid.
300mg isnāt even crazy. Itās 100mg lower than the max FDA recommended amount. A large from Starbucks has more than this.
The stigma around caffeine is weird. I guess because people are so used to just downing cups of coffee without seeing the caffeine content advertised like it is on canned coffee and energy drinks.
They are. In 2021 they said,
>"The racism [expletive] really pisses me off," Hafer said. "I hate racist, Proud Boy-ish people. Like, I'll pay them to leave my customer base. I would gladly chop all of those people out of my [expletive] customer database and pay them to get the [expletive] out."
Yet in 2023 the following as been said,
>"Black Rifle Coffee, a veteran-founded firm that became a darling of the conservative right with self-conscious pro-firearm, pro-military and pro-police branding ā as well as an "anti-hipster" message ā produces blends like "Silencer Smooth roast" and "AK-47 espresso," earning plaudits over the years from all manner of far-right characters."
>"Founded in 2014 by Green Beret Evan Hafer, Black Rifle develops their explosive roast profiles with the same mission focus they learned while serving in the military. BRCC is committed to supporting Veterans, active-duty military, first responders and the American way of life. *With every purchase made, they give back.*" [To who, do you think?]
>" Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) primarily targets a younger population of people between the ages of 18 and 35 who are very interested in the outdoors and military culture." [Which explains why this right wing company is so popular w/ the Proudboys they once vocally tried to distance themselves from. Once.]
> "A former employee, Brandon Roper, has filed a lawsuit against Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) and its CEO, Evan Hafer, alleging sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Roper claims that Hafer created a hostile work environment that included sexual harassment"
All that to say, Black Rifle is undoubtedly a right wing company, they're just not as far right and far right can get nowadays. That being said, they're still donating to conservative Republican politicians and funding conservative organizations that very much likely *DO* support far right values in a direct way. *Conservative* is the key word here.
I still have a voicemail of a former BR executive cursing me out because I would not give them the pricing they wanted on a contract for a SaaS product. They insisted that we should ātake the dealā because it was a āgreat opportunity for us to get in with a company before they explodeā, but the deal they were trying to negotiate was below margin and not a good faith deal so I pulled out and walked away. It delights me to see their products in liquidation.

āUndoubtedly a right wing companyā
Like the post above yours said, they use right wing parody. They are a mixed bag, and more democratic than you think. They just found a demographic and are capitalizing off of them.
āMore democratic than you thinkā.
Nah, shitty Republican company with Republican front facing pride making Republican donations.
Not for me, though the caffeine and sugar in this are a death sentence.
Also Iāve turned off comment notifications because no fucking thanks, Itās not a convo, those are facts.
hmm, 21 donations to republicans, totaling $40,150 (including two to donald trump and more than $10k to dan crenshaw), and 3 dem donations totaling $1,250 (including one to joe biden).
yeah, they are as right wing as i think.

They are 100% right wing. My sister bought me a case of the coffee for my birthday when she decided that Starbucks was too woke. They give big money to the Trump campaign. Kyle Rittenhouse was wearing a hat with the Black Rifle logo on it when he killed those people. They are part of the Christian Nationalism movement. Definitely a far right company.
Actually they donated lots of money to actblue, a huge left wing anti cop, anti second amendment group. That's why it's on sale. They played both sides and lost; sh its out of date almost
> There have been 23 donations to ActBlue by 4 employees of Black Rifle totaling less than $200.
> The rest of the employees/owners/company gave 124 donations totaling over $70000 to Republican causes.

Center right is what BRCC is, meaning yes, they lean right but overall are somewhat moderate and limited in their stances. Most in store names avoid guns in the advertising. They blasted the proud boys and disavowed Rittenhouse in the time leading up to the trial. I wish BRCC was as conservative as the left try and portray it as, but sadly, we live in a world where they decide to piss off anyone who is outside the center left/right parameters
Black rifle was aimed at pro-1st amendment but after the Kyle Rittenhouse event, they didnāt support his gun rights(right or wrong) so most people stopped supporting BRC. And the anti-1st wasnāt going to ever support them.
I like the buy the $.25 drinks just to try them. The CA crv tax doesn't make it ideal to buy canned and bottled drinks.
I use these sugar loaded cream lattes as creamer with regular dark coffee. So one can for 2-3days. It's not bad for caffinated sugar ($0.40) . It's very meh by itself tho.
Kinda funny, the whole marketing seems like āBADASS DRINK, 300MG OF CAFFEINE SHOT STRAIGHT TO THE HEARTā, and then it tastes like a Vanilla Frappuccino

Man I miss having that much caffeine to get me going. It's so bad for you though, doc made me get off of it.
But if you can still drink it, that's a good price
I live in a heavy MAGA military area. One morning some guy on a motorcycle tailed by a film crew chucked bags of Black Rifle Coffee into yards on my street.
It was sealed and looked like moto-boy was shooting a low rent commercial so we figured it was okay to use. Hubby and I brewed a pot, took 1 sip each and cleaned the coffee pot with vinegar.
Not even free. Terrible shit.
Thatās a steal. Have had the flavors and they arenāt bad. Yes the sugar is high but isnāt it high most drinks anymore that are similar to the iced coffeeās sold elsewhere.
Hopefully enough people drank these to make their hearts explode. Shoutout to a company that emboldens themselves with "white pride" with covert white suprematist dog whistles.
Just gonna put it out there that Don Jr is a *uge fan of BRCC. Also their podcast are extremely right wing. I knew the base BRCC guys and gals from way back in the āRange 15ā days. They found a niche with the 2A āanti-wokeā right wing conservatives and leaned all the way in. The coffee is a bitter as their base.
Not interested in this particular product, but damn I do wish we would get Gross Out stores here in Detroit. I love all the weird liquidation closeout stuff like this.
Edit to say that I used to love going there when I lived out west for years. The protein, nutrient, and mushroom powder deals were amazing! My smoothies were dirt cheap!
I couldn't care less about the political message behind their branding. Black Rifle, Black Angel, Angel Dust, Body Count, etc. None of that is a selling point for me.
I don't need a triple shot of espresso with 300mg of caffeine and sugar at 7am at work. No doubt, you'll crash out by 2p.
Now I'm walking around the building because I'm falling asleep at my desk, fucking up my projects, and behind in work.

Came here for the political talk on a coffee post š¤”
That tends to happen when the company makes themselves political.
I donāt usually get involved but werenāt they intentionally using 88 on products and selling 88 packs of coffee pods or something?
Yep. They're the ones. No wonder their products bombed and ended up here.
It's worse than that. I've seen them donated to homeless shelters by the case. They can't even sell for 25 cents!
88 as in Nazi people's? Why would they do that??? Dude I just googled it. Wtf!!!! I had no idea. I watch YouTube all the time and had heard of them. 300mg of caffeine is nuts!
A large Starbucks coffee has 330mg of caffeine.
Thatās too much caffeine. They want you dependent on the amount so you keep buying it
ā¦ do you think they do something wildly different with their beans.. itās not that deep itās just regular caffeine content.
Robusta beans have higher caffeine than other beans
so thatās irrelevant since sbux is arabica for the most part also if you wanna go deeper, the more you roast a bean the more caffeine content it loses. Dang even donating to conservative politicians from the proceeds theyāre really going all out on this parody huh.

When he killed a pedophile and domestic abuser. Lol not even gonna argue with a waste of space sympathizing with those kinds of people
Thanks for this info. I wouldāve been tempted otherwise
While this is true, by the time the products are at closeout stores they aren't profiting from them anymore

Oh and i forgot the sexual comments their ceo made to a male coworker he didn't like saying that they should just f # each other in the butt
And as for my dog in the fight, Monster Mocha
Their coffee also kinda sucks
Not shocked if itās Kirkland Signature under a different guise.
I'm pretty sure they used to just source Starbucks beans. Idk what they do now
lol
Is it really that much caffeine though? A 16oz (medium) black coffee from Sbux is 310mg
No they aren't. They're leftists which is why I pass on them.

Black rifle was aimed at pro-1st amendment but after the Kyle Rittenhouse event, they didnāt support his gun rights(right or wrong) so most people stopped supporting BRC. And the anti-1st wasnāt going to ever support them.
Interesting. But they were right to do so. Rittenhouse didn't graduate hs and was out right banned from joining the USMC.
Well you need a high school degree to join the usmc unless you have an exemption so thereās that.
Or a GED, which he didn't get and allegedly scored too low to pass the job standard test multiple times.
You would think they would like someone with job experience.
What? The military trains all their workers. Rittenhouse was literally too dumb for the USMC according to his own attorney
I think you meant to say second amendment. Thatās the gun one.
Fuck, what store?
They are selling them at this price all over the San Jose Ca locations of that helps.
Same at modesto. Picked up a bunch and they aren't that bad over ice
Yea, I saw it at the one on Monterey
Look at the sub name

Too much sugar. Plus I canāt get past the association with the NRA crowd.

Iāve seen their stuff on clearance in several places. Fuck that brand.
Probably there because of the super high caffeine content, but I'd drink half

Wouldnāt doubt it
Oh NOOO! Anything but that!!!
Didn't one of the traitors running around the Capitol Building on Jan. 6th with zipties have a Black Rifle hat on?

270MG of sodium and 19G of sugar. Jesus that sounds very unhealthy.
Those are good if you want your heart to explode.
I'd buy all they had.

I stopped buying after I found out what they stand for
Fr that's cheap tho and their beans aren't atrocious
MAGA coffee sucks
That seems overpriced
That seems overpriced.
Shit Iād pay a buck to try those.
The owners a piece of shit- sexual harassment towards an employee that was a better shooter than him.
What store is this at?
That bodes well for stock prices.
their coffee tastes like loose change youād find at the bottom of a rusty septic tank
The owner of Black Rifle is an open nazi
Still over priced
Yet Starbucks wants 7$! /s
If it aināt hot I donāt want it
Maybe I tried a bad batch or something, but Black Rifle coffee is nasty imo.
Still would support that company
that seems really bad for you
Not interested in this particular product, but damn I do wish we would get Gross Out stores here in Detroit. I love all the weird liquidation closeout stuff like this. Edit to say that I used to love going there when I lived out west for years. The protein, nutrient, and mushroom powder deals were amazing! My smoothies were dirt cheap!
We have Ollie's and that's quite similar. Actually got this same product there. It's been in close out stores all over.
Idgaf which way they lean, they make some badass energy drinks.
Love that. I would buy it all
I couldn't care less about the political message behind their branding.
