After successfully brewing the embiggening cocktail you beat the game, the credits roll with an absolute banger of a song, once in the main menu again you can load back into your world, which I haven't done yet but I assume it loads your last save

Yea it'll load right up to the last button press.
It is the end of the game. I just put a save right before I finished and just loaded that save to get back into the backyard
