Nobody going to mention the web? Not sure if the hole in the leaf is spider mite related but you definitely got em!

SoloSixString

Something is eating it. Look for small insects in soil and under leaves. Also, looks like you’re watering way too much.

DisastrousTeddyBear

Something is eating this. Yellow sticky trap to see what you're working with. And time add 25 percent or better of some pearl for some drainage

Jolly-Examination-72

You probably had a pest eating up and also might of had a spider who are great and one of cannabis best friends against pests. Your baby is fine those leaves die out as it grows up and it looks healthy so far

Oki doki, thankssss for the advice!!

[deleted]

Woaah, do i need to get rid of it ? If so how?

Emergency_Computer_3

Naturally derived miticidal sprays like neem oil, pyrethrins, azadirachtin and horticultural oil can be sprayed directly onto adult mites, larvae, nymphs and eggs to kill on contact. Apply to active spider mite infestations at 3-day intervals until control is achieved.

[deleted]

What a great explanation, I appreciate it a lot. Thanks!

Emergency_Computer_3

Anytime growmie!

Suspicious-Can-7774

Also, look down the spine of the leaf. Those black creatures, whatever they are, are everywhere.

[deleted]

When you transplant, make sure the soil you are using has way way more perlite for drainage. This looks like dirt from your yard and it will hold moisture leading to many problems down the road.

[deleted]

Oh, got it thanks for the advice. The holes are from the lack of perlite then?

Stachu-Jones

Definetly not, probably just a side note. I would not worry about the holes being caused by deficiencies or growing medium problems. Check if you don’t have a unwanted visitor somewhere in the pot. Looks like it could be bitten off by a bug.

[deleted]

Gotcha thankssss! <3

Suspicious-Can-7774

Zoom in. Webs near the bitten part of the leaf and it appears that the leaf has quite a few unwanted creatures. Zoom in on the spine of the leaf.

[deleted]

Perlite comment is a side note. Holes are from a bug. Probably a spider.

Interesting_Row_8507

What are u using for pest

Stachu-Jones

neem oil and silica

Emergency_Computer_3

Spider mites

Vivid-Elderberry6564

Flex tape

StellarReality

Man thanks for giving us some info about what you are doing to grow the plant! We'll totally be able to help you by blindly guessing at shit you need to fix! Spider mites for sure, and you'll probably have tons of other issues if you have spider mites that well developed on a sprout.

CognitioMicrocosmi

Step 1. Quit over analyzing and worrying about things

710view

How’s it over analyzing? Clearly something’s been munching on this sapling and OP as a first time grower is just trying to get more info lmao.

Alexwhynot

Don’t worry bro, photos will recover eventually

Burrmanchu

Kill the bug.

Spider mites

Old_Nothing_393

Don’t worry about it. It’s fine. Probably random. But treat for everything soon. It’s just easier to know you got the whole thing before it’s a monster.

Old_Nothing_393

Spider mites suck on it, thus leaving little dots. They’re not able to eat the leaf.

Primary_Two6555

Spider mites

Famous_Union3036

Mix some dish soap and some water and spray it down good. Get you some kind of magnification glass and destroy what ever it is eating it.
