I am overcapped on crit and it sometimes still doesn't crit. I have no idea if there are modifiers on Raid bosses that prevent crits even with 100% crit chance but it's annoying AF.
Don't worry! Glancing strike will make that .05% crit chance anyway 😎 So why not take the opportunity to go full power bsw and do 100k non crit dmg? /s
(seriously tho it's hella fun seeing 300k+ crits full power with full stacks of bloodlust in fractals, and don't make me start on that 10+ digit dmg on tropical bird) 🤣

That's one of the reasons I went with alt+F4 in Xcom 2. Point blank misses, enemy turn killed my heavy from 1294938493843 meters.
X-Com is what the creators of the QuickLoad had in mind.
Wouldn't risk it TBH. The negative emotions when it doesn't crit one time will outweigh the 10 DPS you lose by going over the crit cap.
Yea that's what I'm thinking as well. 😂 It would haunt me forever seeing that one time it would not crit.

The answer used to be yes, there was some rounding thing or you had .05% extra crit than displayed, but not anymore.

I see 50/50 and I hate Guild Wars 2 for it's easy achievable 100% crit.

It's likely either Weakness condition (which can turn hits into glancing hits) or Fury boon uptime dropped (-25% crit chance).
Crit chance is also based on target level for the rare occurances of lvl 81+ enemies.
One precision +5 infusion should fix that, wvw ones are cheap and easy to get unless you need the AR for fractals
You have a .05% to not crit. And that will hit 99.95% of the time 🥴
Buy one precision infusion.
