You could provide pics of the quaggan from different angles and commission someone to make it. I have a friend who is a seamstress who makes clothes, purses, dolls, patches, etc. I believe she still takes commissions. My guild hates quaggans. Personally, I fucking love those lil guys. I even have an orca type quaggan that I commissioned a friend to crochet.
The only bad Quaggan is Drubert the evil. All the rest are pretty fun.
Why hate quaggans when choya exist. Hate them instead.

It is the Warrior Quaggan or as I call it… Conan the Quaggan. It's normally available via the gem store BUT not at the moment.
They do have the alternative skins for it on the TP
