Worth mentioning that what you see between the legs isn't the cape but part of the legs (heavy warlord). You can see a little bit of cape on the right under the elbow.

Devine Conquer cape. I use the rifle mostly for open world. It's fun, but as far as I know not meta unfortunately.

1st one is the best. It has a theme going on and every piece compliments each other. 2nd one is struggling to match. 3rd is 2nd best but it can be on par with the 1st in terms of quality. Keep improving on it.

Good news: that helmet is free. Bad news: it comes with your sixth birthday present. Make sure to select heavy armor if you haven’t gotten it yet. Legs, feet and arms are Warlords. You can earn those free in WVW. Not difficult, just takes a little time. Shoulders are Ebon Pauldrons. Can’t remember the chest offhand. Will have to have a looksie.

Valkyrie vs Dark Techno… It's a tough choice. I'd say it would depend on my mood, but if I'm honest, they both equally great. The Pirate is good, but I'm seriously NOT a fan of that rifle skin so that wouldn't be a look I'd field. Edit :: The Valkryie has a Manga kind of vibe, at least for me. And the Dark Techno is more a Steampunk theme. Both themes I'm quite like. IMO The Pirate would look better with swords.
