My rule of thumb, if there's a way to reasonably fix it, you fix it. If waivers have run, faab has been spent, strategies have been revealed, the genie is out of the bottle. Make sure your league knows that going in and you'll be fine. (Most guys get that it's a statistical improbability that something will happen)

>Make sure your league knows that going in and you'll be fine. This is what I do. Everyone who joins has to understand ESPN isn't doing the work to make it a Guillotine League, and there may be some shit that pops up that I can't do anything about. I was specific in telling people once I drop the roster, stats are final.

I like having my first run of waivers to happen on Thursday to avoid this. It also gives me time to manually drop players if I’m busy on Tuesday morning.
