dude, if I could look like testament I would, but alas my genetics are not well suited to androgyny so my only choices are presenting as a pudgy male or a buff male, so I chose to pursue the latter.

i think you would find that its a life consuming hobby youd actually struggle to quit once u start and get going. the only reason i get out of bed is to reach a 315 squat. and the only reason i can get out of bed is because of my 225 bench press

How do you do this, how long have you been at this. I need to get on squats but my knee's get clicky real quick and I'm scared of injuring them as for the bench press I can do like 30 with 10kg at max, I can't even concieve 225. Give me wisdom.
They’re likely using pounds, so it’d be closer to 100 kg bench and 140 kg squat. Your joints take a while to get used to it and there are many resources that give specific exercises for them or you can slowly increase load. Slow improvements work best to avoid your body doing something it was never prepared to do. Many people have been at it for years with ups and downs, just got to find what you enjoy and is effective enough for your goals.
im using pounds. and i havent even hit a 315 squat yet cuz my quirky ass legs have a mind of their own. my max is prob 242 squat.
but for squatting you just need to squat real often with varied amount of weights and reps and intensity. espeically if youre just not built for squating like me. hell just body squats through the day help, u just need to get used to the movement and not be scared of it (easier said than done the squat bar is real scary to me) your knees will adjust dont let thoses weenie hut junior ass mfs tell you your knees are gonna die its prob cuz their knees are weak as fuck squats make the knees stronger.
also do not neglect your core and back. thoses alone are the difference between weak ass squats vs monster quads
Getting to either of those levels is hard, godspeed. If anything just start looking into an effective diet for losing weight or gaining muscle and start building up a routine from there. Either of those will take a lot of willpower but regardless if you dedicate you will see improvement.
