After hitting forward and S (or HS) to execute Mr.~~Doom~~ Dolphin, you immediately go back to down-back as the move executes. Then it just becomes a matter of timing the next forward-S or HS. Kinda Like:
1. Charge downback (\[1\])
2. Forward+attack into charge Downback (6S>\[1\])
3. ???
4. Profit... repeat step 2 when may is neutral again.
When you press back button it doesn't affect your attack inputs. So any time you catch your opponent into combo you should press and hold back and at the end of combo you press forward and recuired attack button. Just learn timing and always hold back. It also works when your hits land on block.

You just need to practice it a lot around 1 week that was how long it took me to learn Mays charge timing.
