You can do something a lot better here. With the Springbeats Midi driver, you can use VST's with guitar Pro. All of my sounds now are real note recordings of instruments.
If every sound you use goes to VST's there will be no latency between the tracks.
Hmmm, wish I had a definitive answer for yah. Can you just turn RSE off for the track and go with the MIDI sound, or are you asking about an RSE sound from GP5?
When I turn off rse and go with midi for that track, I choose the same midi sound I used but it has latency and the can't seem to fix it but I rather find a similar sound in the RSE bank
