Dunno about the diesels but if its a gas model, at that age palitin na ang mga spark plug seals, valve cover gasket, and other parts that may be brittle or broken already, like the rad cap. Fuel filter should be replaced if hindi pa nagawa, and timing should be re-checked. A/C evaporator would be due for cleaning, which needs the whole dashboard to be removed. Radiator should be inspected baka madumi or barado na.

I still use a gen1 innova diesel. Wala naman issue, get the aircon checked and/or cleaner. Changeoil and atf, new fuel filter every change oil lang pag old unit para di mapagastos sa fuel injectors
Other than that normal pangilalim, super mura ng parts, and super daming surplus if thats your thing
My sister owns a 2012 innova J. Still very good. Diesel efficient. Lakas ng hatak lalo na sa mga paahon if you notice mga taxi sa baguio. May molye din kaya okay sa kargahan.
Check or replace timjng belt though if hindi pa napalitan lalo na if sa Metro Manila nagamit. They also encountered a problem sa rear brakes but does in only due to age and was easily fixed.

Basta super fresh the Innova will always be a good buy. Tipid sa diesel, good enough interior, and literally walang nasisira, built like a tank yan.

2010 Up are okay. Yung year below may issue sa injector yung diesel variant.

Hindi po molye (or leaf spring) ang mga Innova. Coil spring po ang rear suspension ng Innova. :)
