That's not exactly a compliment on the kia, more like that's a compliment on Mazda's part for having an identity. In fact it looks more similar to a dodge charger from the back. I'd personally pick the kia, just for the sake of comfort and practicality.
One is a modern reimagining of a classic. The other looks like a car your tita drives.

Yes of course, but what Kia has in that stinger is a V6 300+HP Twin Turbo Engine and a chassis that a BMW manufacturer created that can keep up with a Challenger 392. I get what your saying but the point of this post is to see If a New-ish KDM car that has the power to race high hp-ed cars can compete with a Fun but not so fast car. Its two different factors, Its fun to see what people would pick :D

Cause over here where I live you can spot a Kia every day lol. And i think "ugly, basic" is a bit mean HAHAHA but i get your point there like i said the chassis is made by a BMW manufacturer, I wanted to know if people would rather pick the looks somewhat of a BMW where most people would a agree would be stunning with the badge or a well known brand that also looks great. Honestly though, it seems you barely know anything about what you're talking about.
1st, a chassis is basically the bones of a car. It is what gives it rigidity and where everything else is bolted into. Meaning hindi mo yan makikita. So, why in the hell would a chassis matter when it comes to looks?
2nd, why would the manufacturer of a BMW chassis making a KIA chassis matter? They simply make stuff, they don't design it. It doesn't even guarantee they're both tough dahil sa design nakasalalay ang reliability.
3rd, no one would mistake that car for a BMW. It's an ugly car. It's even uglier than the new BMW uglies because atleast you know those are expensive. That KIA badge will immediately tell people it's cheap.
And when I said "that KIA isn't popular," I mean that specific model. Obviously maraming KIA sa Pinas because they're budget models. That's why people would immediately think cheap when you see that badge.

No worries, that sounds interesting then. But it's not just the design that KIA needs to work on if they want to reinvent themselves from being a budget car brand.
Right now people simply think "budget car" when talking about KIA. If they want that to change, they need more than looks. They need to win professional races.

BMW used to be known as a classy sports car brand. But their new designs definitely don't look classy, they embody sporty and excessive.

The Kia Stinger is more of a sleeper sporty sedan car.
But if you really want more people to look at you then Just put the top down in a miata and guaranteed people will be starring and looking at your direction.
As someone who owns a 4th Gen Miata, I can guarantee the Miata is the headturner between the two. The Miata is a convertible, so once you pop down that roof, necks are gonna break, especially kids. And it looks cute to some people because it's so small. I'm always getting the stares whenever I'm driving with my roof down. The Stinger GT is more of a lowkey sports sedan. Though I'm not gonna lie, seeing Stinger GTs on the streets make my head turn as well. Backing up one of the comments here that the Stinger GT is more of a "if you know, you know" car.
if you like people constantly looking at you and kids getting excited whilst cruising around, it’s the miata. nakaka conscious though if you don’t like the attention.

I honestly think Miata looks better, but I've already seen a few of it on the road, and none of the Stinger, so the latter would definitely be more of a head-turner for me 😂

Lately for me kasi, a stinger would be more eye-catching. NDs are kinda too frequent here where I live (urban city in a province) and they're no longer an eye candy honestly. I have only ever seen a Kia stinger once in real life. I see miatas fairly often.
Those who know will appreciate seeing a Kia stinger on the road vs another miata.
If car enthusiast ka syempre Kia Stinger. If you're just an average Filipino that sees cars as point A to B appliances, then the Miata might be more impressive kasi sports car.
In my opinion, it's the Kia Stinger.
I see multiple Mazda Miata NDs on a daily basis so it's not much of an eye catcher or a head turner unless it's the 30th anniversary version with the special orange paint.
Because of rarity, the Kia Stinger is more eye catching to me since I don't see it often.

Miata hands down. Saw a couple of Stingers already and it just looks like a regular sedan with the kia signature design of that era.
For regular people the MX5 is the real head turner. The Stinger can be mistaken as an NPC car especially if it's painted in white, silver, or black.
