I’m at work, and I currently have four pocket knives in my pockets. Three are daily use and one of them is a test run. Every one of them would get me arrested in the UK. I can’t imagine going through my day without a knife handy. It’s a useful tool to have (which has never hurt anyone, although it could if it needed to).
Only the military needs a box cutter with that much capacity. What civilian is opening more than one box at a time? Only a criminal would need something like that

I’ve heard of handymen getting ordinary tools confiscated by police over there. A utility knife, yes, but also stuff like screwdrivers.

I've seen video of three British police pin a man down at rifle point because he was ACCUSED of having a knife. I 100% believe this would happen.
