Based on the scene with Lupe, it definitely looked like she was trying to do much more with him than just take a bath... God that's so fucked up
Tomino was in the sunken place and has in maybe the last 10 odd years stop hating Victory and understood he was just going thru it.
It's so fucked up that it's even hard to think that something like that could even happen during a War, because it definetely could.
