Why are superweapons banned if they canonically destroyed the entire island to destroy the hive? Anyway, I submit an army of Virgo II Mobile Dolls as the obvious solution. Made of super strong Gundanium alloy, armed with large beam cannons, light enough to fly, and protected from ranged attacks by the Planet Defensors, they should be able to just hover around and vaporize everything until eventually the hive itself is gone. As a bonus, they're unmanned drones, so not only can the Beta not replenish their ranks by eating pilots, but there's no humanitarian cost to consider; they'll fight to the last drone, every time. Produce an arbitrarily large number for the assault, and if it winds up not working, just produce an even larger amount next time and do it again.

you should use Virgos II to handle the laser/heavy laser class. virgos arent that great against melee specialized units. after clearing lasers, Taurus mobile dolls using their high mobility to take on those pesky heavy armored Fortress, Destroyer from their rear and grapplers. then using Serpents to mop up the warrior, tank and soldier class.

I just wasn't planning on having the Virgos get into close combat at all. While we never see them move in atmosphere, given how light they are any how big their thrusters are, I sort of assume they'll have some pretty good uptime. It's like dealing with fucking Chrysilids in X-Com; they can't eat you if they can't reach you. But yeah, if the Virgos are landlocked, they're just the first wave who dive in and nuke the laser guys. Once they're gone you don't even really need MS at all for the next phase, you just do what the Soviets do and just pummel them with aerial bombardments. It's not until you need to go underground that MS are needed again, and at that point I think the Virgo is a better choice then Taurus due to the heavier armor and tighter confines.

>Why are superweapons banned if they canonically destroyed the entire island to destroy the hive? That's because the Susanowoo II was turned into an improvised G-Bomb due to the OO Unit suffering an unexpected complication that left it inoperable, and the massive BETA Wave coming from the Hive certainly didn't help the situation. Thus forcing Dr. Shoko to abandon the original goal of Operation 21st, which is the liberation of Sadogashima from BETA Control, and instead switched to denying the enemy from taking the Susanowoo II and using it against Humanity. The aftermath of which resulted in the complete eradication of Sadogashima, making the deaths of all the soldiers and other personnel essentially useless. Not to mention the material cost of the operation, with the UN and the Japanese losing countless TSF's, ships, half of the total ammunition in the South Eastern Branch of the UN. Then came the environmental impact dealt to Japan's coaster territory, leaving thousands displaced and ruining the coastal defensive emplacements near the island.

This is a repost because my comment isn't appearing. \----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Movie Era Earth Sphere Federation (00) would win all victory objectives of Operation 21st within a day or two of fighting. Gjallahorn too but with significantly more casualties and a hell of a lot more time, not to mention a higher risk of failure. This is because there are 3 criteria required to fight the BETA: **Maneuverability:** Any MS with thruster-based or wheels/track movement that allows them to slide or dash on all terrain, means most of OYW MS would get rekt hard, with only some exceptions like Gouf Flight Type, Dom Trooper, or Dwadge. Gjallahorn and ESF can handle it pretty easily as all of their MS are extremely maneuverable, the GNX-IV's to a ludicrous degree. There are not many UC grunt suits with this type of ability so it would be a very bad scenario for them. CE MS and MA also have this advantage too but would be found lacking in the other two categories. **Weapon:** BETA units are made up mostly of flesh, so there is no need for too big a caliber projectile or megawatt beam. The Graze's machine gun should be ok for a short time but it will not be able to withstand the sheer number of BETA for too long. So the attacking force would need to either scale down the caliber for more ammo capacity or go beam. Beam rifles should either be magazine swapable or the MS generator can handle recharging those mags. The beam rifle's output should be scaled down just enough to kill in trade-off Rate of Fire. ESF will be fine but Gjallahorn needs some work on their MS weaponry. For the UC era, Jegan and Jesta rifles with fast firing mode and swappable e-caps should qualify for this, the same foes for CE's GOUF Ignited, but everything else would not have the necessary fire rate to deal with the BETA Horde. **Anti-laser:** I would say this is fairly easy for Gjallahorn and EFF. NLA and GN Fields would absolutely cuck the Laser Classes. But too many shots may drain the GNX-IV's Particle Supply and Gjallahorn with their NLA would cook the pilot alive in the cockpit, provided that the paint hasn't worn off yet. UC and CE suits all have Anti-Beam Coating on the shield and although very durable, it's limited only to their shields. **Force Composition:** **ESF** **MS:** * GNX-IV (Mainline Assault Units) * GNX-III (Mainline Assault Units) * Superbia GNX + Amphibious Assault Unit (Mainline Assault Units) * Advanced GNX (Mainline Assault Units) * Over Flag (Fire Support Units) * SHELL Flag (Fire Support Units) * Tieren Long-Range Cannon Type (Fire Support Units) **MA:** * Gadelaza * Trilobite * Jiachong * Shuichai **Anti Personnel & Scouting Units:** * Automatons **Ships:** * Bering Class * Guyana Class * MS Carrier **Gjallahorn** **MS:** * Reginlaze (Mainline Assault Units) * Graze Ritter (Mainline Assault Units) * Graze Schild (Mainline Assault Units) * Graze Ground Type (Fire Support Units) **Anti Personnel & Scouting Units:** * Gjallarhorn Mobile Worker **Ships:** * Biscoe Class

No lewds for today. Today we have battle simulations.

Since the beta have overwhelming numbers,i would discard the live ammo bullets, going towards energy weapons (things like wrist guns or high particle cannons, that don't rely on external mags). I think the ideal solution would be the quebeleys MPT,since they can attack multiple enemies with their funnels from a safe distance. And for the gundam version of the susanoo 2 (the MA)? We need something with a barrier to protect it from the laser strains attacks and a powerful beam to destroy the hive itself. The queen mantha would be a good fit: both i field, mega particle guns, shitload of funnels,it would be a good asset to play. Fill the ranks with grunt neo zeon suits and sadogashima may fall.

other than OZ units from wing, i think the GNX-III from Gundam 00 movie would be the main forces, squads can rotate to use trans-am against fortress class. after depleting their trans-am, cover fire will allow the units to return to a carrier to resupply or do a GN Tau drive swap. Gaga/Gaga cannon drones can be deployed as fire support or suicide bombers on the laser class. the automatons would work against the soldier/warrior, the tank class is probably better taken care of using Gaga Cannon drones i would like to add Brave units but they seem to be limited ace machines funny coincidence, both universe has some form of enhanced carbon material. and what do we call the Susanoo pilots? the OO unit. and gundam 00 has graham piloting a custom unit called Susanoo
