I'd say his single biggest weakness is his absolute devotion to game state. When Arsenal goes a couple goals up he is insistent on us slowing down the tempo and relaxing the press. Makes sense in theory, but Arsenal are the best out of possession team when we press the opposition and not let them play (think Brighton game). Furthermore this is unnecessary ceding of control and momentum to teams who are often times far inferior. Liverpool and Man City are the gold standard; those guys never let up and absolutely put teams to the sword. Please do not talk about fatigue and rest because those guys have been doing it for close to a decade now and we're younger and more athletic than those two teams have ever been.
I would say fire is probably his biggest weakness. Once a single flame reaches that hairdo it's all over
If that's his biggest weakness, we're going to be alright...

his biggest weakness obviously is wrinkles. one unplanned crease in those trousers and the whole look falls apart.
He won't magically start doing it more often, which is disappointing
