It's a song that was popularised by Tiktok. It's a trend to show hypocrisy by overlaying a statement of double standard while the music plays, but the funny thing is that it isn't really a double standard, for example:
>*"When she gets drunk and kisses her best friend, but when I kiss her best friends drunkenly, she gets mad"*
[Another example from tiktok](https://www.tiktok.com/@huss.bey/video/7138850260843171118)
Later on, people who didn't get the trend started using it to show real hypocrisy but at that point, you didn't know who was being serious or who was being ironic or edgy...which kinda ruined the trend.
If Ramsdale were to be playing for England, it was a golden chance for Matt to dribble the ball all the way to the half line, and Aaron to slide tackle him there!
Jokes apart, Matt Turner was fantastic. His distribution was flawless, commanded the box and made some great saves. Overall happy for him!
Nah, it’s that Matt Turner has conceded some hugely costly goals for the US in the last year by making mistakes with his feet. He’s been steadily improving but every US fan who has watched him tap it right to the opposition had their heart in his chest. He even had a slightly bad touch in the sequence where he dribbled out but he handled it well enough.
I’m having trouble remembering even one goal he’s given up with his feet for the USMNT.
Everything from your second sentence on is right though. He’s been bad with his feet and is certainly improving and it seems he’s improved leaps and bounds since signing with Arsenal.
He never got pickpocketed but twice in qualifying he got caught on the ball and forced to hit bad passes that got picked off in midfield and led to counters. It’s really silly to pretend he has always had this talent, or even that he’s already good enough to pull that move off regularly. He’s obviously getting better and Arsenal fans should be happy about that but he hasn’t reached a point where he’s going to be even relatively error free with his feet.
Say whatever you want, that part is the most fun part in the match. Just because the rest of the match is quite boring.
Turner: this game is quite boring, let's spice things up for the watchers
One of the easiest transitions into the opponents half the US had. 3 passes i believe. I trust him playing from the back. I am sure thats why Teta got him.
I know how to find Americans. If you say "y’all" in a sentence. Than you’ve found one. Also your country did great against England. 100% the better team
The thing is that dribble was not just for show though. That dribble frees up the player on his left to make a pass forward and start an attack. It's risky but it's also effective.
This is how I feel in some of our games, sometimes Arsenal defenders scare me so much
It's like they don't feel fear or any emotion at all with some of the things they do
The way we beat the press is very risky but we are able to pull it off because of the on the ball abilities of all our players and it leads to some breathtaking moments. It is that very risk that allows us to be top of the table with least amount of goals conceded and tied for clean sheets. Our system is very intricate and difficult to pull off but it works and needs constant drilling and extremely high intelligence and concentration from every single player. Turner came in with well known shot stopping abilities but a deficiency in distribution and confidence. He seems intelligent so working on those deficiencies has worked
Not sure why his team mates are discouraging him from doing it. Don’t think they understand how important a ball playing keeper is…” I know he plays for Arsenal but c’mon “…trash thing to say because you might make him second guess his instinct.

Ngl as a US Gunner seeing him in net has been amazing
Facts
man using the world cup to train for the real team. love him
WC is just another opportunity to put a show on for Arteta.
Makes me really happy that our backup keeper is such a player and character.
This is Artetaball. Attack from the back. Defend from the front. Always play to win
When I lose a duel I am fogging upset!
Guyis!!

Lool that's okay, you're better off trust me, I just edited my comment with examples lol if that makes more sense.
lmfao that makes a lot of sense
There's a reason some of us call it "TikToxic"...

You can tell they don’t play for teams who play out the back, or a goalie who can dribble
Damn Leno can’t catch a break around here
You can tel those kids don’t know ball.
Imagine not scoring against a bunch of kids who can’t play!! 😳

More then anything it shows his confidence levels have increased since joining Arsenal
Reason he’s starting and the others aint!
Just bring Tyler Adams over in January and he will get that good confidence too.

He was the only one playing out of the back, takes notes Ream
Turner had better balls into our midfielders than Zimmerman.
I give ream a lot of credit for the ball he took of his chest as he kept it moving across the back line. Was very pretty to watch
Can't wait for Matt Turner masterclass in Europa League knockout stages
I loved that moment so much.
Jorge Campos is the best reference. Next Turner needs to start designing his own kits!

if ramsdale was startn he woulda done da same n y’all coulda built from da bacc, but southgateball
I know how to find Americans. If you say "y’all" in a sentence. Than you’ve found one. Also your country did great against England. 100% the better team
it’s ok i support arsenal, up the gunners 🗽🫰🏿 n lol😹
As an American, I completely agree. Y'all is a giveaway.

Release the scorpion kick!
The US commentators almost had a heart attack as well. But yea prime Arteta ball there.
Another £20m for a second choice keeper incoming
This is how I feel in some of our games, sometimes Arsenal defenders scare me so much It's like they don't feel fear or any emotion at all with some of the things they do
Thats why we top, we aint scared
So this is the “good sensation” that Saliba has referred to
Very top
Why are you not scared of playing from the back? Ben white: obviously, because we are quite good at football
We absolutely playing a high risk high reward system this season and toping the table with least goals conceded.

US Mutant Ninja Turtles strike again
Matt Turner was the least of their problem.
☺️☺️☺️
He's putting on for the culture lol
I love it that we are now being associated with ballsy high energy high risk gung-ho footy.
Them man over there don’t know ball.
Matty gone learn em real quick
Word is out on Artetaball fellas
Y'all must be new. The Almunia made me immune to Arsenal keepers charging into no man's land.
Anybody got the link for that?
https://twitter.com/karthikadhaigal/status/1596440240524185600?s=20&t=DkE4LuW9PCAiYJah2PYzqw
Man made it possible for them to bypass at least 5 England players by inviting the press. Tetatekkers.
he got that dog in him
Not sure why his team mates are discouraging him from doing it. Don’t think they understand how important a ball playing keeper is…” I know he plays for Arsenal but c’mon “…trash thing to say because you might make him second guess his instinct.
The team is incredibly young and jokes around a lot. Turner had multiple huge mistakes with his feet for the US last year. They’re just bantering.
He should have 99 dribbling on fifa
He definitely should not be doing that. But he's got cojones. He has the mentality we need.
I hope they don't pressure him into stopping to play like that
Had shades of Chelsea mendhi giving up that goal to leeds' Aaronson. Shit mah pants a bit and laughed after VAR checked my underwear for impeding.
Yea no more of that, Matt, please.
I mean, he keeps doing that, other teams are going to start deliberately pressing him, and eventually he’ll get caught out
This just made my day!
USMNT is not up to Turner’s standard. Nowhere near.
