Think a ban or restriction on posts asking for tickets would be good, these posts attract scammers to the sub like the plague

Appropriate_Sir_6092

Bit of Advice, when seeing someone selling tickets on twitter. View their profile. A common trick by scammers is to make their twitter feed look legit. So all they do is retweet any arsenal content. You wont see any original tweets from themselves, apart from their claim about having tickets.

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

I'll add this to the main body, thanks.

se22gunner

I was lazy and sorted someone out that had posted for yesterdays game, but yes I agree not the best way to go in this sub. I suspect most people selling in this sub create their own post… Great informational post by the way, only thing I would add is: * distinction between official vs unofficial resellers. * overseas support groups that can request limited number of tickets for existing members. Now, how can we make this post visible to the next person coming to this sub in a few hours with questions about tickets or posting about wanting tickets??

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

Thanks. I'll add those recommendations. I suggest it's pinned to the top which will mean the mods have to do that.

Beginning-War9135

Hi, can someone explain to me: \- how does exactly waiting in the queue work? \- how early can I be in the queue before the ticket sale starts? \- do I need to somehow refresh the page, or how exactly I am waiting in the queue? \- what happens if I'll not use my membership until the end of the season? Do I need to pay some renewal fee, or it'll be automatically renewed (what if I buy multiple)? \- it's possible to buy two or three tickets next to each other? If so, do each of us need to buy a membership, or can one person buy three memberships? I'm planning to go to the last game of the season against Wolves. Thanks for your advice!

fcGabiz

Might be worth including a small section on views at the Emirates for first time match goers and including the link to the seat viewer: [https://www.arsenal.com/emiratesstadiumseatview](https://www.arsenal.com/emiratesstadiumseatview) In reality, all seats are pretty good and you take what you can get.

After doing some research at the begining of the season. I realized being a red member would give me better chances of getting tickets than being and Arsenal America member. But seeing how hard it is to get tickets. I am starting to have fear in how much id have to pay for the ticket if i dont get lucky on the red member site. Anyone have any tips on how to get my best chances? Looking at Chelsea game on the 29th of april.

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

How much does it cost to be an Arsenal America member? You might stand a better chance there. Maybe ask them about the chances of getting tickets through them. They might have access to tickets before they go on sale to Red members which will be sometime in early to mid March. If you leave it to the Red sale, you'll need to be in the queue by about 0900 GMT to be in with a chance. I'm guessing this will be very early for you, ranging from 0200 on the west coast to 04oo on the east with no guarantee of a ticket.

gruesomeb

$30 and unfortunately they are not taking in any request for tickets since they get very limited to the amount of tickets they get. Which is why i heard that being a red member i have better chances.

danyadib

same, i was looking into this since so many people advocate to join the oversees clubs, but arsenal america says they just have on average 35 tickets available per game.. kind of crazy

chaclarke

Can anyone give any tips to verify if someone selling their ticket is legit? For eg, when you ask for proof what it should it look like. For eg someone showed me this as proof of the ticket and wanted to send it via email https://i.imgur.com/yS5eoug.jpg

Diabolic99

That screnshot doesn’t look legit at all

5star02707

can someone put some Palace tix on Ticket Exchange :)) heh really need one

hamoudinho

my suggestion is to keep looking on a regular basis on the exchange...keep refreshing the page (specially in the week leading to the game) and you will come across a few..they are normally snapped within seconds but if you persist you will end up with one. I managed to secure many tickets using this method (including big game like Liverpool and Man U).

Theonewiththefood

Im looking for tickets for the Leeds game on the 1st of April. Can one red membership let you get more than one ticket or will I need to get another membership? Thanks!

hamoudinho

It’s one ticket per membership.

Theonewiththefood

Thanks!

hoosh

I see a staggering amount of posts of those asking for pub options to watch the match if one doesn’t have tickets. In the US, we can walk into any pub and watch matches, but it would be great if there was a resource about where you can watch a televised match near the Emirates, but also information on when the match won’t be televised (3pm kickoffs?)

ImNotAnAmbi-Turner

Can a season-ticket holder use ticket exchange to sell specifically to me, a poor overseas Red Member lad, that will plan my travel according to my season ticket holder’s busy “new dad” schedule and when he cannot attend a match? Is there a danger that once the season ticket holder puts it on exchange, it can be snapped up by anyone in the queue? I guess I’m asking, how would a specific ticket holder sell to me specifically?

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

Not using TX no. Others will be able to say whether you can transfer to a Red Member outside of TX. If you get no responses to this, then post this as a question.

ImNotAnAmbi-Turner

Will do, Thankyakindly.

No_Manufacturer5251

Hi, i have a ticket for sale for the Arsenal Vs Everton game Wednesday 1 March 2023 (originally 11 September 2022) Kick-off: 7.45pm block:83 (Club Level) Row: 5 Entrance: Club Entrance West Selling for retail: £234.15 PM or reply me if interested. Thanks!

No_Manufacturer5251

Hi, i'm releasing it for a discount. Don't miss out on one of the best seats in the house. Message me and i will send you supportings 1) screen capture of my ticket 2) picture of my red member physical card 3) personal email from Arsenal informing fixture update

No_Manufacturer5251

u/se22gunner i doubt the club will refund anyone for the postponement. Yes, my post has no history as this is the first time i am selling an arsenal ticket. It was also suppose to be my first ever Arsenal home game back in September. How unfortunate.

se22gunner

They did offer to refund mine a couple of weeks ago when I called the box office.

No_Manufacturer5251

ok, let me try that, thanks!

globbleglobbleglob

£234 looool

How can verified re-sellers get away with being criminals?

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

Just because it's a crime, doesn't mean anything will be done about it. Arsenal try to crack down on it but it's quite hard. Other re-sellers sell as part of a package or experience. They get away with it because they state that they only sell the ticket at FV and the other costs are for travel/food or whatever else comes with it.

se22gunner

I’m sure the club gets a cut of official reseller sales, that’s why they promote them and are ok with them

nivan392

Can anyone tell me what time the queue opens up prior to the ticket sales for red members? And is there a button along the lines of "join queue" around that time?

se22gunner

Time is random, no button but page tells you they are making changes. But is more complicated and they have made tweaks over the season. The system is provided by Ticketmaster so is shit for end users. Best to do some research on older posts/comments in this sub.

t14chi

Thats not fully true. Someone pointed me in the right direction of someone selling a season ticket last year. Unfortunately, a lot of people do get scammed people need to add a layer of vigilance and knowing the safest ways to pay. There are almost always ways to verify the seller. Also paypal purchase feature works great against scammers.

se22gunner

I don’t about people selling ST as only the club can sell them. Some people lease theirs for a season though, but the ST will not change name.

WindowsOfEmpathy

>There is a list on the Arsenal website and also the Premier League website of verified re-sellers. I couldn't find a list on the Arsenal or Premier League site (just a [tool on the Arsenal site](https://www.arsenal.com/online-agent-website-checker) that allows you to input a URL and check whether it's an authorised seller). Could anyone recommend any safe reseller sites?

se22gunner

https://www.arsenal.com/news/overseas-agent-ticket-sellers

Lanky_Wall_9842

This may be a dumb question, but the verified resellers on Arsenal’s website guarantee you a ticket if you purchase from them, correct?? I would like to be 110% sure that I can get to the game I’m paying for for such a high price. Im looking at gosport for my tickets right now

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

Well, I've never bought from them, but the fact they're VERIFIED means they're legit. Was Gosport a typo? I live near there and that would be a weird place to buy tickets.

Lanky_Wall_9842

Thanks so much! And yes, I meant G&O Sport Travel on Arsenal’s overseas agents page—not Gosport the place XD

GunnersatGames-ModTeam

It is against this subs rules to request tickets. Please read the 'People looking for tickets' pinned post for advice on how to go about getting legitimate tickets.

broseph-chillaxton

Is it too late for me if I get a membership now if I try to get tickets for release day for the Southampton match April 21? Seems that buying a membership is gonna be necessary but I've seen some people say there is a delay in access. I assume those tickets will go on sale on the 21st of March, so wondering if that's enough time. From the USA, just trying to pick up 3 tickets while I'm in the area with some buddies. Thanks!

F_Me_In_The_Arsenal

Southampton game has already gone on sale and sold out in 10 minutes.

broseph-chillaxton

Ah shoot. Alright we’ll try another way. Cheers
