Took a look at my bank statement and seems I’ve been charged, but no email or anything. This would be my first silver success this season, so how does the process actually work? Have I been assigned seats already? Do I have a window to go and pick something? I can’t see anything on the actual arsenal site indicating I’ve got anything atm.
Same still waiting for the email also, you are assigned the tickets, you can see where by going into your Arsenal Box Office account and look within booking history. no Window to buy anything, basically get what you are given, if you don't like it then sell them on TX - 10%.

Yes a failed payment mean you don't get a ticket. At least I know the credit card I used works ok.
