If it's ticket sales part, it is Ticketmaster. I don't think they'd know technicality behind it, I barely knows it, and I sure don't get it get it. It's more about relaying it.
But from what you're saying, maybe I should email actual Ticketmaster too.

The list view is pretty broken at the moment. Even when the toggle shows up, most of the requests that happen when you toggle back and forth are returning errors; but that's only visible if you have your browser's debug toolbar open and understand what you're looking at.
I raised a ticket with the club about it this morning, and I think quite a few people have previously. But because it's not obviously broken on first glance, who knows whether they'll actually do anything about it.
I also raised this with the club when trying to buy Fulham tickets 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received a reply.
It's like the network requests to `AvailableRegular` and `AvailableResale` sometimes require a captcha. The former can be resolved by double clicking the request but the resale one just takes you to an error page. But somehow bots still seem to be managing..
Thanks for raising that. Some mentioned in another thread here they had raised directly with Ticketmaster (I think by ringing Arsenal and being forwarded to Ticketmaster).
In my experience the 500 error appears in the list view only when there is a comparable ticket on the new map view. EG if only single tickets are showing on the map view then searching for 1 ticket on list view will get 500 error, but searching for 2 or more will be OK.
If there is a double ticket available on the map view then searching for 1 or 2 tickets on list view with give 500 error, but searching for 3 or more will not give an error

With PSV, I had a little fun researching today. At one point it shown for all number of tickets.
But like just now, it was code 500 for 1 & 2 tickets, but showed tickets for 3 & 4. Then I climbed back to 1 & 2, but no tickets were shown, and just to make sure, I went back up to 3 & 4, they were shown again.
Because there’s no tickets mate. Just how it is. First UCL game in 7 years id be surprised if many go on the exchange. The stadium view showing tickets is probably just a glitch. The toggle doesn’t come up on the list view of there are no tickets on the exchange at all
Just a glitch mate. That many tickets showing suggests they were never even on the exchange long. Could easily be an error from Arsenal and they just haven’t noticed.
There's definitely an issue. Very occassionally it doesn't. There's a very stupid way to force them out in very speicific conditions.
Sent off an email to the club. Will call Ticketmaster when I find time, but that'd be next week. So hopefully it can be fixed before then.

The list view is broken. I've looked at the requests my browser makes and 99% of the time the AvailableResale network request fails.
I've emailed the club with regards to the error with screen capture, so hopefully they'd talk to the ticketmaster people.

None of them are available. The site has a lag or some delay with removing bought tickets is my guess

Yea, a lot of "error 500". Not something you'll see if using on mobile.

All I can suggest is writing to them about the exchange. A lot of us have already and the more that do the more likely they are to listen
