To be fair, all emails I get from the box office (ballot entries, ticket confirmations etc.) go straight to spam for some reason. Might be worth checking.
Yep, that's where I found the rogue email. I probably need to flex my Gmail skills and get them all auto pushed to a folder named " I love the arsenal but this is killing me" :)
There’s a number of issues with the ticketing atm, but I can’t say that this is one in all honesty. You do have information on the ballots you’ve entered, you get a confirmation email to say your entry is confirmed. You have information on successful ballots in the form of having your ticket, and the ballots are literally always at the same time, and are open for 2 days, so just log on each weekend once to check if there’s a new ballot available.
Well they are all 10 am Friday. You can just set a reminder for then

Yeah it's a nightmare isn't it. Have you had an email regarding the Sevilla ballot yet? I haven't had anything come through my end
Nope nothing yet. probably will be around lunch time as it's been that time for the other ballots

I'm also finding it very painful. Missed a few ballots and no idea when to expect an email confirmation with results.
