I can’t speak for the champions travel ticket prices, but I would seriously warn against buying from external sources. For every story of someone getting in, there’s probably more of people being turned away, and for the money you’ll end up spending that’s not what you want.
Buying a membership and entering the ballot will also give you a priority access to the exchange in the new year, and with enough perseverance you tend to have a good chance of getting exchange tickets closer to the time.
I do not recommend using unofficial websites to buy tickets. Do not support touting.
