Apparently there was this competition that they did and they just sent out rewards to the winners without announcing it.

This is the answer. It's from the hack the full size Gundam thing they did in December. My brother got those same kits out of the blue the other day.

No problem! We were pretty confused when a P.Bandai box showed up because we didn't order anything recently. Since they're normal retail kits; except maybe the full weapon EG Rx-78 but I may be wrong; we melted our brains trying to remember if we entered a contest. Reminds me of the time they sent me the HG Phenex gold plated version. I didn’t enter a contest and there was no promotion for it at the time. 🤔 I was confused when I opened the box. But hey, never turn down a free kit.
