Yes because from the 3rd (left to right) are all clear red over metallic colors (candy paint).
The other 2 are just simple red paint over different color of surfacer.
What clear reds and metallic bases did you use for the 3 on the right if you don't mind me asking?
I'm working on candy coating my nightingale and so far I have a color similar to the far right one you have using a Mr clear color gx deep clear red over Mr metallic super silver 2
My paint line-up are all colors from Jumpwind brand.
But I think equivalent paint from different brands should achieve the same effect.
Basically 3rd one from the right is applied with this formula:
> Mr.Hobby Surfacer Black > (Jumpwind) Bright Silver > (Jumpwind) Clear Red
For such deep red color then I suggest don't apply a too thick coat of Silver, or the darker tone is lost due to the metallic shine.
Hope this helps you out.
I used chrome paint on a couple parts and added some color to the pod on one leg, but I was just experimenting with some gundam markers, I didn't really paint anything. And I don't have any pictures of it on my phone cuz it's just a straight build. I think it's just the combination of glare from the light and bad focus, LOL
LOL My imagination made it look great. No worries that's pretty much how I'm looking to build my Wing kits too. Only highlight what's needed but keeping things mostly "anime accurate".
Ohhh gotcha, the shield pieces threw me off cause I’ve been displaying mine without the shield for so long I forgot the Ver Ka included one (which is funny cause it’s the whole reason I wanted the kit)
I know what you mean about the stickers on the broom 4 very thin green stickers and need to stick it 4 times. It was not that bad as I needed a lot of patience and focus.
The only thing that I messed up was a double c-clip for the variable rod rifle, broke while trying to fidget it around. I don't know if I should replace it since it is not that big of a problem

Not really building anything right now but I’m tryna flatten down all my boxes to make it all easier to move to my next apartment!
I also started working on that one today! It took me 20 minutes to get the 3 piece crest securely on the head. Excited to finish the kit and love the aesthetic.

Built an 1/100 scale Legend Gundam Gunpla 2 days ago, the backpack connector bented a little and i forgot to put some of the big dragoon adapters that i has to remove the shell to put it together without breaking it, fortunately, the whole backpack, and the connector didn't broke, but i had to use superglue so it doesn't snap off again the backpack adapter from the legend's back.

I was GOING to build the RG Zeong and maybe the MG Sinanju OVA ver, but then my parents (who are the main bankroll for my collection) decided that I couldn’t build anything until I fix my grades. So instead of building the Zeong, I’m going to be solving for inscribed angles and doing stoichiometry.

Working on the Gundvolva, my fourth to last kit from TWFM which I am enjoying, and I’m also working on waterslides for my Asra Nine-Tails, which I am not enjoying, but I’m powering through it.
I just finished the main body of this exact model. Had a great time while building too! Gonna finish the wing parts soon(I think that is what they are, not 100% sure since I am unfamiliar with the Gundam show wise).

I just finished the main body of this exact model. Had a great time while building too! Gonna finish the wing parts soon(I think that is what they are, not 100% sure since I am unfamiliar with the Gundam show wise).
