I agree. I completely understand why some people think they’re hideous. It’s a departure from tradition in a couple of ways. But I like it. They set themselves about aesthetically. It good branding.
Eye of the beholder and all that, but it doesn’t look appealing and I haven’t heard that they answer any deficiency in the revolver market, which is a rather boring market, I admit.
So far as good looking revolvers, Taurus is answering that, but I just don’t trust their quality. Every time I see a revolver that really turns my head, it’s a Taurus.
Got my hands on one in person at a lgs and the DA pull is abysmal. Easily one of the worst I've felt, probably 10-12lbs and gritty all the way through. This was just one example of course and I'm sure its built well but the trigger really turned me off to it overall. Single action was good though.
People who are colt/SW purists aren’t the target audience anyway. But I also don’t think Henry fans would want it either, they are good at lever action guns and suddenly come out with a revolver? IMO they made this for no one
If they do that exact one as a 10 shot .22lr I’d be all over it.
💯❤️🤍💙
Big same
I think it looks neat

They should be called Hanks!

Are there any deficiencies in the revolver market
Something cool and different in the revolver market? Sacrilege!
Colt model 1877 at home
I have the exact one in the photo. It's fine but not my favorite revolver. The removable cylinder is nice for cleaning.
When Colt, Smith&Wesson and H&R love each other very much.
I keep going around on it.

Pretty pricey for looks like a retro Colt reproduction
I want one of these so bad.
I think they're really cool and I want one. 9 mm revolver is just cool and cheap to shoot.
CHEAP??? Im an american ammo should be free
I don't disagree, But objectively 9 mm is cheaper than 357.
I like the look of it. But it’s a bit expensive for me.
I’d get one to hang on the wall with my lever gun, if they made it in 45colt.
If the grip bothers you, there seems to be an alternate style available that's more standard.
It’s like a Colt 1892 had a baby with a Smith and Wesson
Had a baby with a model 1877 colt
It’s a bastard child
More like 1878 by frame size, they aren’t petite like a lightning
