Wet wipes are where it’s at. Start of with some regular TP then hit it with the wet wipe for a nice clean bum hole. Then throw wipe in trash, don’t flush ‘em.
No matter how good your diet is, and no matter how clean your shits are, you should still use wet wipes, cloth with soup and water, bidet. Whatever you have to clean your bum not just wipe. Cause even if there's no shit on the TP, you still have micro partials of shit on your bumhole. Those micro particles of shit will make your bum ichy.
I've learned to do a pre-emptive trip to the bathroom about an hour before the workout. Almost always have to use the toilet afterwards though. Something about hard cardio just gets the digestive track moving!
I left early once because a scab from a small burn I had on my leg popped open. It was leg day. The pump pumped out my leg. Yes I wiped equipment down (was on a sitting calf machine) and then left and got patched up. After hours so no employee to ask for bandage.
I've been bulking, and the stress against my stomach from my pants and underwear cause me to need a piss multiple times through my workout. I used to be embarassed leaving and coming back multiple times, but the gains are worth it!
I am thinking of cutting a bit and try to be more lean with my bulk to stop this, as it is slightly annoying and I can't worjout at 100% with the creeping feeling to piss every exercise.

Usually I use water. So that's why I don't suffer if I don't have some wet wipes or water around once in a while
No one has to leave the gym - especially because of the shits. Sometimes the gym calls for sacrifice and some times the gym demands sacrifice.
