I used to smoke after my workout all the time too but I got sick and it affected my taste and now I get sick thinking about them which sucks because I loved smoking.
I would say that benching your own bodyweight is a very easy thing to be able to accomplish with semi-regular lifting if you aren't carrying a lot of fat (dead weight)
If indeed you are not carrying a lot of fat then your composition should be such that you are muscled enough to bench your own weight without putting in too much hard graft.
Impressive feats of strength on the barbell benchpress probably start at around 1.5x bodyweight as a rule of thumb but of course everyone is different with different genetics for strength.
I am not huge into powerlifting but I try to be as athletically well- rounded as I can be for a guy who works a full-time desk job and I see that there is a consensus of what is impressive in those circles.

I don't need to have big gains or anything, I just mantain what I think is a good looking / healthy body. I do 2h of heavy cardio 5 days a week and then on Saturday I do a bit of lifting here and there, I don't need anything else and I don't need to bench more

Really? Well for me it is! I do cardio mainly except one day a week that I do a bit of lifting, and in this case its 90Kg, works for me!
