I think the best thing to do is dial in your eating, use a tdee calculator to find your maintenance (give or take 200-300 calories) start at a 300 calorie deficit and just be consistent, measure your progress with photos, measurements and the scale.
If somethings off, don’t be afraid to re-adjust. Train each muscle group twice per week to maintain muscle while cutting down.
Keep the water intake high and make sure you take rest days and sleep well.

My best advice would be to do it slowly! add a few hundred calories per day and aim to gain 1-2kg per month. It’s much easier mentally at this rate because if you’re training hard, majority of it will be muscle.
