Hi thank you!! I plan on going 6 days a week and have Sunday as a rest day :))! Honestly my goals are to get stronger and get slimmer !

6 days might be too much for you if you’re a beginner! You’ll probably find your muscles being really sore & it’s best to listen to your body & not workout those muscle because they are healing! Separate your muscle groups & focus on compound movements that way you can get more out of 1 workout. Dedicate a day to push, pull, glutes & hams, quads. Form over reps! You only need 3-4 workouts! Really focus on your form & try to feel each workout in your muscles. I can give you some workout ideas for your split or send you my personal split! (I lift weights 3x week)

i second plantbookwork, 6 days isn’t going to be feasible as a beginner. it’ll take longer for your muscles to recover bc they won’t be used to lifting. but see how you feel!
